November 2012 Newsletter (Vol. 2 Issue 1)

The Association is working on a number of special programs in 2012/2013, which are designed to promote value and availability of BC meat products to the public and consumer industries, diversify product offerings and help producers to get their product to market.  These projects include the ” B.C. Beef Quality Information System“, “Access to Markets“, “Building a B.C. Value Chain for Hides and Beef ByProducts” and “B.C. Beef for B.C. Chefs“.

Detailed information on the above projects, the Association’s Marketing and Membership Plan, the B.C.
